We accept all major credit cards, money orders and cheques. All payments to be made in GBP.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices for products displayed on Emerald Leisure's website and brochures include VAT at 17.5%. We reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice. Cheques should be made payable to Emerald Leisure and in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Goods paid for by cheque will only be despatched after cheque funds have cleared, please allow for appropriate time for this to happen. Unless specifically stated, prices do not include delivery charges. All prices are correct at time of printing.

4. Delivery

Unless specifically stated, prices quoted do not include delivery. Prices for delivery is dependant on several factors such as your location, weight and size of item(s), if installation/assembly is required etc.These charges will be displayed at checkout stage. Small goods, such as cues are sent by Royal Mail or similar carrier. Larger items such as games tables are delivered by two or three man delivery crew. As some items are bulky, it is customer's responsibility to ensure there is easy access. Delivery times given are approximate and do not constitute part of any contract.

5. Description of goods

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure product descriptions are accurate, all sizes, measurements, colours, weights etc should be taken as approximate.

6. Returns

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or defective, you must notify us on receipt of goods and confirm in writing. Deffective goods will be replaced. If an item is out of stock an alternative item will be offered or a refund given. No goods will be accepted for replacement or credit without prior authorisation. We reserve the right to substitute goods at any time without prior consent as long as goods do not differ materially.

7. Hours of Business

Our general hours of business are 9am to 5pm workdays excluding holidays.
